Who I am
This website belongs to Paul Armstrong, trading as Paul Armstrong Fitness, Arden Fitness, Arden Forest Industrial Estate, Alcester B49 6HN. For anything about your data, email paul@paularmstrongfitness.co.uk or call 07868 842434.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send me through the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number if you give it, what you're interested in, and anything you write in the message box. If you mention an injury or health condition, I use that only to give you safe advice about training.
Why I use it
To reply to you and, if you go ahead, to coach you. The legal basis is that you asked me to get back to you (legitimate interests), and for any health details, your explicit choice to share them. I never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it's kept
Form messages are delivered by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and then come to my email. Netlify keeps form submissions on its servers, which may be outside the UK, under standard data protection safeguards. I delete enquiries that don't go anywhere after 12 months.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set any cookies of its own. It doesn’t use tracking or analytics. The map on the contact and junior pages comes from OpenStreetMap, which doesn’t set tracking cookies. Links to Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp take you to those services, under their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Just email me. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
